It is official! The Montana Outdoor Podcast
This week’s episode features a fascinating interview with Eddie Mindt from the Lakeridge Lodging and Bait Shop. Eddie is also one of the most knowledgeable guides on Fort Peck Reservior and one of the few that also does guided ice fishing trips on Fort Peck.
On the Podcast, host, Downrigger Dale, and his cohosts, The Captain, and his son, Shotgun Willie, talk to Eddie Mindt about catching Lake Trout, Walleye, Northern Pike and even King Salmon through the ice out on Fort Peck Lake.
Eddie also gives all kinds of ice fishing tips on how to check the ice for safety, what jigs, baits, leaders and lures are best to use and choosing the right spot to drill your ice fishing hole, to name just a few.
