Joshua Johnson from Williston, ND caught a possible new state record smallmouth bass out of Fort Peck. Here is what he sent MORS:
“We were fishing west of hell creek and we weighed it on the certified scale right at the hell creek convenience store with witnesses/signature/etc and then released her alive shortly after that. She weighed 8.4 lbs and was 22.4” long on the bump board. Working with the game and fish on finishing up the state record application”
Joshua will be a guest on the Montana Outdoor Radio Show tomorrow, so be sure to tune in at 6am at montanaoutdoor.com, our Facebook page or via our statewide radio network.
