Low weights dominated day 1 of Canyon Ferry Walleye Festival.

A tough bite and small fish for the 60 teams competing in the tournament

The Top Five teams are:

First place: Jake Starkel of Ronan and Josh Starkel of Helena with 13.18 pounds

Second Place: Neege Nelson and Steve Brockway of Helena with 12.38

Third Place: Chet Cook and Casey Bennett of Bozeman with 11.99

Fourth Place: Cory Jones and Josh Steinmetz of East Helena with 7.04

Fifth Place: Steve and Alex Thomas of Great Falls with 5.72
