Recipe:
250 grams white fish fillet
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 ts paprika
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp flour
1 pc egg
oil for frying
sauce:
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 each med size green and red bell pepper
1 mediun red onion
2 cloves garlic minced
oil for sauteing
1 can pineapple chunks
