December 28th Summaries Bill Brown at Bob Wards says Georgetown Lake has 12 inches of ice doing well on trout. Brett French Outdoor editor of the Billings Gazette says the seasonal snow came in at the best time for folks to get out this Holiday season Chancy at Snappy’s says Beaver Lake is doing well on kokannee, and Murray Lake is doing well on rainbows. Dale from Don’s in Lewistown says they have good ice and fish being caught. Dallas at Highline Cleaners in Chester says ice fishing is well under way on Tiber with 16 inches of ice. Leonard from Robert’s Bait and Tackle says Holter is not safe, but there ice on some many other lakes. Mary Beth Kibler from Kibler Outfitting says if you brave the cold & wind on Devil’s Creek, it’s producing 2 lb walleye for ice fisherman.
