September 13th Summaries Bill from Rock Creek Marina says the walleye are still a little slow, the Northerns seem to be biting, and the so are the bass. Bill Brown at Bob Wards says big game is starting to get active out there for bow hunters, and fishing the rivers and creeks is great. Brett French Outdoor editor of the Billings Gazette discusses this week’s post, clay trapping, and hitting the Missouri River. Chancy at Snappy’s says kokannee looks to be a decent on Graves Creek and the Tobacco. Dale from Don’s in Lewistown says the snow and rain is moving out and folks are catching fish. John Harris from Lakeside Resort in Trout Creek says Noxon Rapids Reservoir is doing well on pike and a few walleye. Leonard from Roberts Bait and Tackle says trout fishing is pretty fair on Holter and so are the perch. Mary Beth Kibler of Kibler Outfitting says the weather is starting to clear up in the Ft Peck area and it looks to be good out there. In Butte, Morning PMD hatches and yellow Sally hatches on the Beaverhead River has produced well. In Helena, trout fishing is solid on Canyon Ferry Lake by the Dam and Cemetery Island.
