Idaho Man Discovers GIANT Earthworms

April showers bring May flowers, and May showers bring humongous earthworms. An earthworm enthusiast recently found a specimen of worm that is huge. No, its not a parody of the movie ‘Tremors,’ think of it more as some serious fishing bait.

According to the Lewiston Tribune

Spring showers appear to have brought out the rare giant Palouse earthworm, a creature native to the Palouse Prairie that can grow up to a meter long.

Earthworm enthusiast Cass Davis of Moscow found three specimens of what he believes to be the giant earthworm last weekend while hiking along Paradise Ridge Road
