FWP will reopen the section from Point of Rocks Fishing Access to Emigrant Fishing Access and Pine Creek Access to Highway 89 Bridge. The Shield River will also reopen entirely Friday. The 17 mile section of the Yellowstone from Emigrant to Pine Creek will remain closed as FWP is still concerned that the disease has not completely run its course.
