More Montana elk hunting success! We love it! This comes from Eric Midtlyng:
Several days and many miles into the 2015 season my brother Kiel and I snuck our way into a group of bulls in the dark timber of Western Montana. We had several bulls within 20 yards, but the timber was so thick, no shot opportunities presented themselves. It wasn’t until my brother was able to get one bull worked up enough to charge in that I finally had a shot opportunity at 12 yards. He piled up within 100 yards and the real work of getting the bull out of the ‘pine jungle’ began.
