Some great ice out there and good reports. Be sure to USE CAUTION in upcoming weeks with the “Spring Like” temps forecasted.

Ashley Lake
6-8in of ice on most of the lake. Middle of the lake may be sketchy. Use extreme caution! Green and pink Ratt Finkees working well for Salmon.

Blanchard Lake
8-10in of good ice. Pete’s Tackle Sassy Stingers, Venom Glow Jigs and glow Ratt Finkees are getting nice perch and crappie.

Bitterroot Lake
North end of the lake has 6-8in of ice with a few rainbows, salmon and perch being caught on Swedish Pimples with Mack’s Glow Hooks, Hali’s and Zimmer pink/orange Wanna B jigs. South end of the lake is finally capped with ice and hope to be fishing it by the weekend. Use extreme caution!

Church Slough
Not safe last week, but with colder temps it may have gotten better. Use caution just in case!

Crystal Lake
6-8in of good ice with 12-14in salmon being caught on pink/glow Ratt Finkees. Use maggots or wax worms for best results.Echo Lake
7-8in of good ice. Fishing awesome for bass, whitefish, salmon and perch. Use caution on machines. Forage Minnows and spoons working well.

Flathead Lake
Limited access with freezing temps but fishing lake trout is great for those making it out. You may need tire chains to put in and pull out due to icy boat ramps.

Island Lake
10in of ice with machines getting on easily. 8-10in perch using Hali’s and Pete’s Slab Slayers tipped with maggots getting it done nicely.

Lake Mary Ronan
12-14in of great ice with some snow/slush on top but minimal. Great for perch and salmon using Hali’s, Ratt Finkees, Pete’s Cascade Wonders and Slab Slayers.

Lake Five
12in of good ice with snow on top. Fishing great for smaller salmon and perch. Ratt Finkees and Demon Jigs are doing great tipped with maggots.

Lower Stillwater
15in of great ice. Perch & trout fishing good with Tungsten jigs and Back Water Bait Co Ankle Biter and Womp Rat plastics.

Upper Stillwater
Limited access so use extreme caution if attempting to fish it.

Little McGregor
8-10in of good ice and fishing great for 8-10in perch. Glow jigs working well tipped with maggots.

McGregor Lake
Boat ramp areas have little ice. 2-4in elsewhere. Use caution here!

Lynch Lake
10in of good ice and fishing good for pike using Jiggin Jaw Jackers and smelt.

Lion Lake
5-6in of good ice with 12-15in rainbows being caught near shoreline using Swedish Pimples tripped with power bait.

Dickey Lake
3-6in of ice nice salmon being caught using Hali’s and Swedish Pimples tipped with maggots.

Foys Lake
4-6in of ice and fishing good for rainbows and salmon. Ratt Finkees, Pete’s Sassy Stingers and Hali’s are working well.

Thompson Chain
Lower – 8in of good ice and fishing great for salmon and perch.
Middle – 5-8in of good ice and fishing good for perch, salmon, trout and pike
Upper – 8in of good ice and fishing great for pike & perch.

Lake Blaine
Some ice with open water in areas. Fishing great for salmon but very sketchy so use caution!

All sloughs in the area are very sketchy, so use extreme caution if attempting to fish.
