Jacob Rutledge, a Billings West graduate, has been a firefighter in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 20 years. He can officially add the title of inventor to his resume now, too. They weren’t kidding when they said this invention, the Chill n Reel, completely changes the saying, “hold my beer and watch this”, as you just keep holding your beer while you reel them in!
