Gear up for a reel good time at the Annual Leonard Lawver Memorial Kids Fishing Day, set to make a splash on June 1, 2024. Join us bright and early at Laurel Pond in Lions Park, where sign-in begins at 9 am.

No need to worry about bringing your own gear—they have you covered with fishing poles available for check out. Thanks to the generous support of Pryor Creek Bait Company, bait will be provided free of charge.

After a morning of casting and reeling, refuel with a complimentary lunch for kids. While donations are appreciated from adults and children over 16, there’s no cost for young anglers to participate. Plus, fishing licenses are not required for this event—making it an accessible and enjoyable experience for all.
