Check out Josh Parrow’s wild find—a mountain lion spotted right in the heart of Havre!
Mountain lions are making more appearances in towns these days, mainly because their natural habitats are shrinking. These predators usually hunt deer but won’t say no to smaller animals or pets. They’re mostly active at dawn, dusk, and night. You might not see them often since they tend to avoid people, but young lions looking for new territory can sometimes end up in urban areas. While they’re good at adapting, they still face dangers like habitat loss and getting hit by cars.
Thank you for sharing, Josh!
