Sweet Heat Venison Jalapeño Bombs – Cheesy, Bold & Bacon-Free

It is a crowd-pleasing, bite-sized starter for spice lovers and hunters alike!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison
8 jalapeños, halved and seeded
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground venison, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, brown sugar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff jalapeño halves with the venison mixture.
4. Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
