The Crooked Creek Walleye Classic is Back!

The Crooked Creek Walleye Classic is Back!

If your idea of a perfect weekend involves a sunrise on the water, the hum of an outboard motor, and the pursuit of the elusive walleye, clear your calendar. The Crooked Creek Walleye Classic is returning to Fort Peck Marina this May 15th – 16th, and it’s shaping up to be a good one.

This tournament is calling your name.

The Details (Before You Cast)

  • When: May 15th – 16th
  • Where: Fort Peck Marina
  • Rules Meeting: Don’t skip class! Meet at the Marina on May 14th at 6:00 p.m. to get the ground rules.
  • Entry: $400 per two-person team. This covers your entry, day money, and the Big Fish Pot. Plus, it’s a 100% payout—we’re playing for keeps!

Family Ties & Tight Lines

Want to get the next generation hooked? The Adult/Child Division is back, sponsored by Townsend Marine. In a legendary move of generosity, Townsend Marine will cover half the entry fee for every Adult/Child team. It’s the perfect excuse to spend some quality time on the reservoir without breaking the bank.

Losing Never Looked So Good

We’ve all had those days where the fish just aren’t biting, but this year, even a “bad” day could land you a paycheck. Introducing a hilarious and lucrative twist for this year’s tournament: The Bottom 3 Payout.

If you manage to qualify with the lowest total weight for 10 fish (5 each day), you could still walk away with some serious cash:

  • 1st Place (Lowest Weight): $1,500
  • 2nd Place: $1,000
  • 3rd Place: $500

This is added money, so it won’t touch the overall prize pool. Finally, a reward for those of us who specialize in catching the runts!

Ready to Register?

Are you planning on aiming for the top of the leaderboard, or are you secretly eyeing that “lowest weight” prize?
