12th Man Fizz Cocktail


  • 1.5 oz. fruit flavored gin
  • .25 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 1 oz. freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  •   .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz. Ginger Beer
  • 3 Mint Leaves-shredded
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit, cut into slices
  • Mint Leaf


Mix the gin, Apricot Brandy, lime juice, simple syrup and shredded mint leaves into a shaker with ice until cold

Strain into Collins Glass filled with Blueberries, Kiwi & Ice

Top off with Ginger Beer

Garnish with Mint Leaf
