Kiwi Kwencher


  • ½ Ripe Kiwi, peeled
  • ½ oz. ST-Germain Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup (equal parts of water and sugar)
  • Club Soda
  • 3 oz. Brut Sparkling Wine
  • Kiwi Slice

Mix:  In a cocktail shaker muddle the kiwi.  Add simple syrup and ST-Germain Liqueur, and fill with ice.  Shake until child and then add a splash of club soda.  Strain into cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine.  Garnish with Kiwi slice.
