Gin-Gin Mule


  • 1.5 oz. Dry Gin
  • .75 oz. fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup (1 part sugar and 1 part water)
  • 8 whole mint leaves-chopped

Mix: Add lime juice, simple syrup and chopped mint leaves into a mixing glass. Add gin and ice then shake well to chill. Strain into a highball glass and fill with ice. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with sprig of mint.
