Antelope Fire Burgers

What You Need:

 

Two pounds Antelope burger

One tablespoon chili powder

One teaspoon onion powder

One teaspoon garlic powder

Half teaspoon salt

One teaspoon red pepper

One teaspoon black pepper

Eight slices Swiss cheese

Eight Kaiser rolls

Leaf lettuce

Two tablespoons mayonnaise/ Two tablespoons horseradish- mix together well

 

What you do:

 

Blend the chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, red pepper and black pepper well and set aside. Now make eight quarter-pound burgers and sprinkle with the above blended spices. Cook over hot coals until medium done. Now spread a bit of the mayo/horseradish mixture on each Kaiser roll. Next add the lettuce, cooked burger and Swiss cheese and top off with any other condiment you might like. Put top of Kaiser roll on last, grab a cold drink, kick back and enjoy the spicy part of life.
