Fort Peck Reservoir is one of our favorite multi species fishing destinations. This week we filmed an episode of Jason Mitchell Outdoors targeting Lake trout. Once again Fort Peck did not disappoint with good quality and great numbers of fish. We landed fish in 50’-80’ of water on top of deep rock structure and secondary points adjacent to the old river channel. A variety of presentations worked well for us. The top performer was a 1/2oz Super Leech Flutter Spoon from Clam Pro Tackle jigged very aggressively.
