The rivers & streams are seeing a little mud & silt this week in a few areas. Clark Fork north of Warm Springs Ponds is running a little dirty, however, the fishing has been fair. San juan worms, pheasant tail nymphs, & bubble leaches have been good choices for fly anglers.

The Big Hole is muddy but fish are still being caught on large streamers. Yellow & white sup dungeons & new age buggers are enticing a few browns.

The Beaverhead has been mudded up below grasshopper creek, however, fair fishing on midges & bead heads when the grasshopper is not silted up. Bait anglers & spin fishermen have reported fair fishing.

The Jefferson continues to be muddy this week & will probably continue until run off subsides. Bait anglers are catching a few browns. Recent snows are keeping people out of Delmo Reservoir. Should be good fishing when the roads dry out. Fishing on the Ruby was reported as slow to fair by bank fishermen.
