The hunting of female mountain lions in several Montana hunting districts in Region 3 will close at one-half hour after sunset on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018:
- HD 315 – which includes portions of Meagher, Park and Sweet Grass counties.
- HD’s 323, 324, 325 & 327 – which includes portions of Beaverhead and Madison counties.
The closure notice for the hunt came shortly after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest sub-quota for the districts had been met.
