Montana elk hunting success for the 2019 season!
After a Brutal morning of fighting the snow, wind and cold we pressed forward towards the the top of the mountain chasing the herd. By noon we reached saddle and already put down miles of boot tracks through the snow. As we made our way down towards the basin below we caught a glimpse of the herd skirting the backside of the mountain. We worked our way through the basin paralleling the herd. Determination and a positive attitude pay off. Tom’s 2019 Montana Elk Hunt from Bob Legasa-Freeride Media on Vimeo.
