Day 1 Leaders of the 2020 Hell Creek Walleye Tournament

The 104 teams competed in this year’s Hell Creek Walleye Tournament based out of Hell Creek Marina on Fort Peck Reservoir. Hot and windy conditions faced 208 anglers as they headed out in search of first place.
The top five day one leaders are:
In first Trevor Kleppelid and Braden Rolandson with 38.34 pounds.
Holding down second place is Brent Vinger and Craig Larson with 30.34 pounds.
Tim Davis and Bob Magnuson are in third place with 25.56 pounds.
Brett and Bruce Normandy are holding down fourth place with 25.46 pounds.
Fifth place is Kris Kellar and Cody Strohm with 22.68 pounds.
The top 11 teams brought in at least 20 pounds of walleye. The top 22 teams caught at least 15 pounds of walleye in day 1.
