It was a adventurous weekend for the Captain, Jim Johnson, from Hi Country, and Brandt Hamernick, from Missoula, on frozen Tiber Reservoir. The fishing has been better, according to Hamernick, who fishes Tiber every year.
The trio did manage to catch over 20 fish of a combination of northern pike, walleye, and trout. Most of the fish were biting in around 10-12 feet of water on tip-ups tipped with a live minnow. Nice work, guys!
