Held every year on the first Saturday in June in Glasgow, it’s a nighttime showdown that stretches from the mouth of the Milk River clear up to the Bjornberg Bridge. With a full 80-team field, over $10,000 in guaranteed cash and prizes, and legendary midnight weigh-ins that draw hundreds downtown, this is the kind of event anglers plan their year around. The Classic is more than just a tournament—it’s the heartbeat of Milk River Catfish Days, a full weekend of community fun hosted alongside the Glasgow Area Chamber of Commerce, complete with Friday-night festivities at the Glasgow Elks Lodge.
