Apparently the whitefish on Flathead Lake didn’t get the memo that they’re supposed to play hard to get. Ross Tate, aka the Whitefish Whisperer, was back at it today and had the fish practically lining up for an introduction: “Nice sized whitefish, about 20 today in just a few hours in and just north of the Yellow Bay on the east side of Flathead Lake today!!! 60 ft deep with lots of gentle jigging on the bottom with 1/2 oz jigs! Go bigger now!” Twenty fish in a few hours? We can definitely see why Tate is referred to as the Whitefish Whisperer!
