Shawn Davis and I were at Canyon Ferry for a couple days of ice fishing. It was a pretty tough bite, but we managed to get a few. It took a lot of jigging and switching jigs, as nothing really seemed to be the hot lure. 17 inches of crystal clear [ice], so its pretty safe. Lots of pressure ridges to be aware of. If you follow the tracks out there, you should not have an issue. All the fish we caught were on the bottom in 30 to 35 feet of water. Silos store has up-to-date reports and most all the tackle you may need if you forget something. Good luck and, as always, be safe out there.
Thank you for sharing, Scott!
