Reeling in Success: Girl Power and Big Fish on Independence Day

Talk about a Fourth of July with serious fireworks! This Independence Day, Bobbie Selensky and Lydia Weltikol gave the local fish population at Fort Peck a girl power shout-out, reeling in two absolute trophies, according to a recent post by Lakeridge Lodging and Bait Shop.

Bobbie set the bar sky-high by landing a monster 27-inch walleye for her first-ever catch, while Lydia proved she’s an absolute natural, netting a gorgeous 23-incher completely solo—no assists needed!

Huge congrats to both of these rockstar anglers! You definitely made sure the fish weren’t the only ones hooked this 4th of July!
