Hunters, Don’t Let Sept. 30 Sneak Past You

A quick reminder from Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks: Sept. 30 is the deadline to buy bonus points for this license year.

Think of a bonus point as another name in the hat for future drawings. They can add up year after year, giving you an extra chance when it’s time to draw.

One catch: Bonus points are only available if you didn’t apply for that same license or permit type this license year, and you can only purchase one point per license/permit type per year.

So if a bonus point is on your hunting-season to-do list, now’s a pretty good time to just take care of.

Deadline: Sept. 30.
