Here’s your weekend scoop from Chancy’s Fish Camp in Evergreen, MT…and let’s just say you have options. Some lakes are still holding decent ice, others are getting sketchy, and a few are already whispering “boat season.” Whether you’re jigging for perch, chasing salmon through the ice, or trolling the big water for lakers and rainbows, there is definitely action to be found. Just remember — this time of year, the ice has a mind of its own, so check conditions, watch those pressure ridges, and don’t push your luck!
