These Baked Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are easy and delicious. Salmon is marinated in a flavorful combination of sesame oil, honey, chili garlic sauce, coconut aminos, ginger and garlic and baked to sticky perfection then topped with sesame seeds. Serve them in a bowl with rice, cucumber, avocado and spicy mayo and it will remind you of a poke bowl.

Ingredients
- ¾ lb salmon
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp squeeze ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Chop salmon into bite sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, add the sesame oil, honey, chili garlic sauce, coconut aminos, ginger, and minced garlic.
- Add the chopped salmon in the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to several hours
- When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the marinated salmon on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
- To serve: pair with rice, a vegetable, and top with spicy mayo.
